Have been doing online groceries shopping for like almost more than 3 years. I think that was when HonestBee just started too. That time FairPrice Online is not up yet and HonestBee provide the service to buy from FairPrice supermarket and deliver directly to our home. Redmart is another online grocery store which started much earlier but somehow I did not get my first order from Redmart until last year in 2019 after it merged into Lazada Platform.

I would said I choose Honestbee because it was actually getting the items directly from NTUC FairPrice which I am comfortable with their product and familiar with their pricing. The timing available is very good too with hourly slot. I had tried ordering items from FairPrice through HonestBee platform in the late afternoon and get the items delivered in the evening which is like less than 3 hours difference. In additional, Honestbee provided the capability to purchase from other stores too, like MMM, Bee Cheng Hiang. A pity due to their mismanagement, there is no more HonestBee.

So starting in late 2019, I tried Redmart which had just been integrated to Lazada Platform. For new customers, Redmart gives up for $60 off for the first 4 orders. Is it not attractive enough to try?

For Redmart, it was a two hours time slot selection. So that mean we have to allocate maybe around 3 hours to wait at home for its arrival. As sometimes they might arrive early or as late as 30min later.

I had done alternate shopping between FairPrice and Redmart online currently. Depending on what I need as some of the items are not available in each of the store. Recently I have heard of EAMart and will start trying it too in near future. Was told Sheng Siong also have delivery service but it was still not good yet.
